SHOCK-RESISTANT MINI-SMD QUARTZ FOR HAND-HELD RADIO TRANSMITTERS
The clocking specialist PETERMANN-TECHNIK from Landsberg/Lech offers a very small SMD quartz crystal in the 2.5 x 2.0 mm/4pad ceramic housing of the SMD02502/4 series, which was developed for use in radio applications, among other things. Due to its extremely high shock resistance in combination with the very favourable price and the extremely broad frequency spectrum of 12 ~ 125 MHz, this crystal has also developed into an excellent clocking unit for hand-held radio transmitters. Due to the extremely low resistances, excellent oscillation safety values can be realised. The SMD02502/4 crystal is used in series production with radio ICs from Melexis, Semtech, Micrel, STMicroelectronic, Infinenon, Texas Instruments, Silicon Labs and many other radio IC manufacturers. The SMD02502/4 is available in the entire temperature range from -40 to +125 °C. With 8 ppm crystals, very narrow-band radio solutions can be realised. The PETERMANN-TECHNIK specialists' catalogue of services also includes circuit development, analyses, simulations, matching tests, etc. Everything from a single source is PETERMANN-TECHNIK's credo in order to provide customers with the best possible support.
