Selected primary materials and our own resonators
Epoxy materials for resonator mounting, oscillator ICs and other primary materials are sourced exclusively from renowned manufacturers with a proven track record of high and consistent quality. The LRT resonators used in our crystals and oscillators are manufactured in-house, are rigorously tested internally and are designed for maximum service life in the application. Our housings are also manufactured by leading fine ceramic manufacturers so that, in combination with our extensive testing processes - you only receive 100% tested clock generators from us - we can supply quartz crystals and oscillators with excellent quality, performance and longevity. Certified quality control and automotive standards
The complex manufacturing process for the frequency-generating components we supply is monitored by a comprehensive quality management system that clearly defines and documents every step (traceability >10 years). Extensive product and temperature-specific tests ensure that many of our crystals and oscillators fulfil the relevant automotive standards such as AEC-Q200 for passive components and AEC-Q100 for integrated circuits.

Each production batch undergoes structured final testing and is 100% tested directly after taping to fulfil the 0ppm strategy and ensure excellent field reliability over the entire product life cycle.
