Your tasks
- Processing orders: Process customer enquiries and orders in the ERP system - from quotation to order confirmation to invoice.
- Coordinate warehouse & dispatch: Check incoming goods, create delivery notes, organise dispatch processing. Create customs declarations, etc. This requires an overview and a structured way of working.
- Customer care: You are the contact person for our customers with queries about orders, delivery dates, products, etc. You are friendly and committed. Friendliness and commitment are your tools here.
- Customer development: You look after your customer base by telephone and thus further expand sales with your existing customers, generate new projects and follow-up orders.
- ISO recertifications: You support the relevant departments in the implementation of the ISO recertification processes.

What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, office management assistant or similar) and at least 2 years of professional experience.
- Very careful, focussed way of working - even for routine tasks.
- Sure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Good written and spoken German skills (your emails and documents represent our company). Knowledge of written and spoken English is desirable.
- Responsibility and reliability: you complete tasks in full without anyone having to follow up.
- A team player and an open, friendly manner when dealing with colleagues and customers.
