The SMD crystal of the "SMD03025/4" series in a 3.2x2.5mm/4pad ceramic housing is the cheapest and most variable MINI SMD crystal with excellent reliability. Now available in the frequency range from 7.9 - 74.250 MHz (AT-Fundamental Cut), the MINI-SMD crystal can be supplied with a frequency tolerance at 25°C from ±10ppm or with a temperature stability from ±10ppm@-20/+70°C, or ±15ppm@-40/+85°C. Over the temperature range of -40/+105°C, the best possible temperature stability is ±40ppm, or ±50ppm over the temperature range of -40/+125°C. Ageing is in the range of ±2ppm after the first year and ±10ppm after 10 years. Versions with a total tolerance of ±25ppm are also available for KNX applications. Of course, there are also AECQ200 compatible solutions for automotive applications, or versions with a higher drive level of up to 500µW max. on request.
Due to the very favourable price, the all-rounder manufactured in clean rooms can be used in all applications that require a very inexpensive SMD crystal with excellent parameters and outstanding longevity, such as in the automotive, medical, embedded, industrial, commercial, IoT, WIFI, radio (WLAN, ISM, KNX, ZigBee, Z-Wave, etc.), consumer, telecom, etc., sector.
