25 MHz SMD oscillating crystals are essential for clocking SPE ICs. Our 25 MHz LRT resonant crystals have proven themselves in various housing versions in customer applications. All SMD resonant crystals are based on the patented LRT resonator designwhich impresses with its innovative technology, outstanding quality and performance. Thanks to a 100% testing process, LRT crystals guarantee a long service life and reliability for the long-term, trouble-free operation of applications.

What is the technical advantage of LRT crystals?
The low resistance of LRT quartz cry stals enables faster and safer transient behaviour in SPE ICs, which leads to reduced current consumption and lower energy requirements. These crystals support customers in technical performance as well as in their sustainability and energy efficiency goals. Product safety is guaranteed from delivery lot to delivery lot, as we only use quartz resonators developed and manufactured in-house. This ensures that we can deliver the same LRT resonator design for many years to come. A 100% testing process guarantees the quality and performance of our SMD LRT resonators, from raw material testing to the final product. This means the highest quality and reliability for long-life SMD LRT resonant crystals.
Which package versions/quartz specifications are preferred?
The miniaturised 4Pad ceramic housing with the dimensions 3.2x2.5mm (quartz series SMD03025/4) is standard in most applications. This housing is one of the cheapest variants. The ceramic housing with 2.0x1.6mm/4pad is available for smaller applications. Even smaller applications can be served with a 25 MHz crystal in a 1.6x1.2mm housing. For SPE applications, frequency tolerances of ±20 ppm at 25°C and temperature stabilities of ±30 ppm over -40/+85°C, -40/+105°C and ±50 ppm over -40/+125°C have become established. The load capacitance is usually 12pF, but other capacitances are also possible.
