Very low-cost quartz resonators form the basis for our extremely broad and deep product range of "SMD oscillating crystals" for the "IoT and LPWAN" vertical market. These extremely durable SMD crystals in various miniaturised ceramic housings in the fundamental frequency range of 12 - 64 MHz have very low resistances, so that they weigh optimally and particularly quickly in the customer circuit. The standard frequency tolerance at +25°C is ±10 ppm. The standard temperature stabilities are ±10ppm@-20/+70°C and ±15ppm@-40/+85°C respectively. After 10 years, the ageing is ±10ppm max. so that the parameterisation of the miniaturised SMD crystals means that they can be used in any radio application. The reference list on our website is currently being updated and provides information such as which crystal fits which IC. We recommend our low-cost TCXOs for use in narrowband applications where higher accuracies are required.
Of course, we can not only supply very inexpensive components, but also offer a very wide range of design-in services thanks to our in-house engineering, including measuring the corresponding SMD crystals directly in the customer's circuit.
For new developments, we recommend using the currently most favourable 3.2×2.5 mm ceramic housing (SMD03025/4 series). However, if this housing is too large, we recommend using the 2.0×1.6 mm (SMD02016/4 series) ceramic housing. Due to the constantly increasing demand for the 2.0×1.6 mm ceramic housing, crystals in this housing are already cheaper than SMD crystals in the 2.5×2.0 mm ceramic housing.
In addition to the MHz reference crystals, our product range offers a wide variety of 32.768 kHz crystals and ultra low power oscillators.
